I accidentally ordered the wrong item from mitchellbrands.com and had to send it back. The return instructions were easy enough to follow, though I did end up emailing them once because I wasn’t totally sure where things stood. For some reason, I remember I was eating a slightly burnt piece of toast when I sent that email, which is probably why the whole thing stuck in my head.
The refund came through after about a week, so it wasn’t lightning fast, but it was fair and everything got sorted out. I’d order from them again, I’d just like the updates to be a little quicker next time.

I found the site confusing to navigate, and it felt slow while I was trying to get things done. It took me longer than expected, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

The scent is okay, not bad or anything, but the texture is a bit too thick for me. It feels kinda heavy on my skin after I put it on, so I’m not sure I’d reach for it every day tbh.

I used this for a few weeks and it definitely helped. It wasn’t nothing instant or dramatic, but my skin started looking more even and not as dull. I took off one star because you really have to stick with it and be consistent to notice a difference.

I tried contacting mitchellbrands.com about my order and got nowhere. I sent emails, waited several days, and the few bits of communication I got didn’t actually answer anything or help fix the issue.
What made it even more annoying was that the terms seemed to change after the fact, which just feels shady when you’ve already paid. They take your money quickly, but when there’s a problem, good luck getting a straight response. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve their support...

I ordered a cream from mitchellbrands.com and right away the packaging just felt kinda off compared to the one I’d bought before. The smell wasn’t the same either, and the texture felt different too, so yeah, I wasn’t sure if it was authentic or what.
I emailed them about it, but the reply didn’t really clear anything up for me. Maybe it was just a weird batch or something, but I’m not gonna take the chance again. Disappointing, honestly.

I went in hoping to find a few decent choices, but the selection was small and kind of disappointing. I also felt like the next steps weren’t very clear, so I left not really knowing if I was supposed to wait, ask someone, or just move on

Support did end up fixing the issue, but I wish it had been handled sooner. I spent more time waiting than I expected, so even though it got resolved in the end, I kind of regret not pushing for an update earlier.

I used this for a few weeks hoping it would help brighten my skin, but my dark spots look exactly the same. If anything, my skin started looking a little duller. It was frustrating because it kind of felt like if it didn’t work, that was somehow on me for not using it “right” or long enough. Just didn’t feel worth it, and I’m disappointed.

"Shipping is taking forever"
I ordered this two weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for it to show up. At this point, it kind of feels like they were happy to take my money right away but aren’t in any rush to actually send the item. Really frustrating.

My order showed up right on schedule, which I definitely appreciated. That said, the packaging wasn’t great. The box had a few dents, and one of the items was just loose inside, which made me a little nervous when I opened it. Luckily, nothing was damaged, so that’s a plus, but I do think they could put a bit more care into packing things securely...

I’d say the prices are alright when there’s a sale going on, because the discounts definitely help and make me feel better about buying, but when things are full price they do seem a little higher than I’d like, so I usually just wait and hope the item I want gets marked down.

I really wanted to like this, but my face started getting itchy after just a day or two, so I had to stop using it. Not saying there’s something suspicious going on, but my skin reacted like it knew something I didn’t. Definitely not for me.

"Checkout ended up being really frustrating"
I tried to place my order, but the checkout process was such a hassle. The page was loading slowly, and then it made me enter my information again not once, but twice. I did eventually get the order through, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. By the end, I was just annoyed and kind of disappointed.

"A little frustrating when things are out of stock"
I do like browsing mitchellbrands.com, but it can be a bit of a mood switch when something I’m excited to buy is suddenly out of stock. A few items I wanted weren’t available, so I had to check back later and hope they showed up again. The site itself is fine, and when the products are actually in stock, the experience is smooth. I just wish they kept more items available or updated the listings faster. It’s not a bad site at all, just a little disappointing sometimes

I bought this hoping it would help with my acne, but am I missing something? I used it for a while and didn’t notice any real improvement. I was still breaking out, and my skin even felt a bit dry after using it. I really wanted it to work, but it just didn’t do much for me. Probably won’t buy it again
